Earth and Sky Healing

 

A shaman is someone who has the ability and skill to enter into the invisible realms, to gain knowledge or understanding or healing, and to bring those teachings back and use them to effect changes in this realm. While not everyone has the skill and dedication to become a true shaman, a shamanic spiritual path can be exciting and fulfilling, one of developing relationships with Spirit, and of commitment and service to others.

This unique program offers an introduction to many of the diverse and varied aspects of the world of the shaman. The goal is that this exploration will help you to decide if a shamanic spiritual path is for you, and if there are particular areas you feel an affinity for and want to develop further. You will learn about developing relationship with Spirit, cultivating a relationship with the Divine through Nature (plants, animals, stones), working with a Council of Elders, Divination (readings) and discovering more about your true spiritual nature, your inherent gifts, and personal possibilities.

THIS COURSE IS DESIGNED FOR ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE

This is an intensive course of study and in order to complete the full curriculum, students will be required to do homework.

There are no pre-requisites. (Those students with previous shamanic experience will be given additional exercises during times of course content review, or can ask to be exempted from the first two classes.)

Although nothing replaces the experience of being present with a live teacher, teachings based on this course, including introductory step-by-step instructions, are also available in Jaki's book: Heeding the Call c/w accompanying Audio CD to help facilitate your journey.
